Thanks Sim, it's a bit surreal to be honest, if it wasn't for the fact that the police have kept it then it would be outside my house like nothing had ever happened. Can't fault skytag though just hope that the coppers get some useful info from the insides of the car and it leads to something
Yeah I forget what I paid for it from Paddocks but it's about seven or eight quid a month but I think it's fair to say it's paid for itself. I don't know if Adrian Flux do a discount for it or not I only bought it for peace of mind but I know the police were impressed with it as it's the only one they've recovered and within half a hour of me reporting it gone. You can ring them up if you go on holiday and if the vehicle moves at all they will notify the police straight away without you being thereA bit surreal ?? Flipping heck Rob, I'd be in shock !!
re the Skytag - its £x to buy the thing, and then so much a month - have I got that right ? do insurance companies give discounts for this extra security ??? (TIA)
where's that from?

Being the tight wad I am it's only £114 from Paddocks and you can fit it where ever you want with in the vehicle
I said to the guy on the phone that I'd recommend one to everyone I knowI am going to get sky tag. That's awesome

glad the op found his vehicle.
skytag sounds good, but if it can be jammed by a 20quid gsm jammer.. then it's only for the dumber thieves imo.
hard to argue with thatThe prevailing theory is that if they were cleverer, they wouldn't be car thieves.
