Theres a td5 here that might end up in it....quite fancy a 3.0 bmw auto but a car would have to come up at the right ££

Don’t forget to cut the front leg off the old chassis with the number.
This shows you have replaced the chassis with a new one.

How are you getting away with changing the suspension and engine/gearbox without losing the original plate?

where are they made? They do look shiny

Poland.
Prices were fairly competitive, delivery price was not excessive as they say they tend to batch deliver to keep costs down.
They certainly looked good.
Or if you time it right they were free delivering to the show and you collect from there.

Cheers

Most of the deal was done on facebook. Bank transfered the deposit. Only slight hitch was getting in to the show ground to collect it, had to wait until 5pm until the crowd left.

£1920 collected from the show. Comes with crossmembers and brackets. No one else was close to that price.

The guy seems to know what hes talking about and a bit of thought has went in to removing mud/water traps/adding drain holes.

They will be at Peterborugh with another load. I'd order one if you want one as they only had 4 left on Saturday and he was expecting the rest to go on Sunday no bother.

Yes its a 110 so I've as much chance of keeping the original plate as almost any other defender out there :)
Look on the bright side....less than 2 years itll be tax and mot exempt....so no panic to get it together :)

On the plus side, the body panels I can see on the donor vehicle still look pretty flat. So it's just a matter of giving them something solid to fasten on to. Looks like the front bulkhead might need the plastic to be bent down at YRM Metal Solutions though. Good luck.

Sorry to revive the thread but recently found this company on Facebook and while the prices are very competitive how have you found the build quality? Thinking of buying one for my 90 and also one of there bulkheads I’d anyone’s looked at them if they’ve been up shows. I would go to Peterborough but it’s a fair journey for a day out for me.
