indeed ref the template , luckily I also got one of those boot slide out trays that have the tie down fittings , I intended to fit it but seeing I’m planning to sell my D3 in the near future won’t bother considering the price there now fetching , many asking for £400- 500 for them , madness

yes I think it’s a 2 x part folding Parcel Shelf Load Cover for the L322, alas don’t know what the current regs are , assume though a lockable cabinet would be required to transport guns in the boot, in my old series I bolted a gun cabinet to the floor when I carried my shotguns

think the FFRR drawers are around £900

Nice!
I assume @JohnM70 will be able to use his chippying skills to make really nice, laquered and lockable gun cabinets! Like in the Holland and Holland versions. ;)

I also note that if you wish the doors to lock automatically when you drive off, this is a Dealership button-pressing option…

Or is there a workaround?

Depending on the year I think people use Gap iiD for diag and you might be able to turn it off with that. It is bl**dy annoying though, especially if you've just pulled forward a couple of yards to make more room for the missus to get the door open. Not that I'm suggesting her arse has spread so wide she needs a double garage to get in ....

Cheers, I actually want to turn it ON so it locks automatically on pull-away and remains locked until I get out or unlock it (more firearms precautions)

I'm somewhat surprised it doesn't already. There's probably a way involving holding a button down and fiddling your little-finger in your right-ear.

Yep.
Expensive diagnostics ;) as mentioned Gap will do it as well as the "one press" drivers door only opens.

As for your earlier question about the bluetooth, phone connecting.

Which phone you use I dont know? we are crappled in this house. But M brought 1 of these to plug into the ipod connection INVERY Airdual bluetooth adapter for Audi MMI AMI Mercedes BMW Mini – Airdual Bluetooth Adapter - Airdual

She can now listen to her audio books or playlist. also the voice from the waze sat nav. doesn't seem to show the satnav on screen but not an issue it gives voice while playing whatever.

I too am an Apple owner… I dunno where the ole is to plug anyfink in…

By the way this is the cheapest I’ve seen the gap iid , approx £460 inc postage , many others want around £530

https://bellautoservices.co.uk/store/iid-bt-tool-gap-diagnostics/

island 4x4 use to sell them for £420 but now have to contact them for a price

https://www.island-4x4.co.uk/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=Gap+iid&x=0&y=0

in the mean time wonder if the white Autel AP200 would be able to turn the door locking feature on , at least handy to keep in ur glovebox

plus I wonder if u can activate the auto lock function within the centre screen settings, unless of course it has to be done via the BCU module

Worrying…
I’ve found the sound system in the RR is, if set up correctly, like being in a nightclub…

I found this out because I put on a Classic House CD and turned it up…

Range Rover
Early House Music
Owns Guns….
