Just laying in garden enjoying cool evening and reflecting on a grand weekend

Great day on Saturday , lovely to see some old faces and some new ones , weather was a tad too bloody hot for me lol. Thanks to BB for carrying a tyre to the car for us ...all safely delivered to their destination .

Sounds and looked like you all had a great time. Must apologise for not popping in to introduce myself (especially as I was next door to you) but I am fecking hopeless at speaking to new people!! Will make sure I pop over at the next show I see you at. Oh, and it sounded like someone needed a bottle of Cavonia cough medicine!! One serious cough on the go!! :D

Always happy to meet new faces (and we had cake :p)

Who were you there with?

It's like speeches at the Brits after one of these events but, as others have said thanks to Muds, sorry I only said hi as you were leaving I was far to busy getting sun burned. Thanks to Chr1s for the supplies you are a true gent and I can't believe that you called whilst we went for a walk.
Thanks to Brian as always for his effort, he did all the organising of tickets etc for the weekend we just turned up (and forgot way too many things this time)
Thanks to Fanny for the the power and showing us your gear. I'm definitely having a cam, will let you know when I've got cash, and them light bars are awesome!
Thanks to Freddy for the evening entertainment it was fantastic and I shall be investing.
Thank to Pikey (and Dan again) for the help with repairs to the Tratter, and Ratty for his endless supply of tools and Cable Ties and just a big thanks for everyone for just making the effort.

It's honestly quite touching when you see how genuine our members are in the flesh. Everyone joined in at some point with repairs etc over the weekend and there was a good amount of focus on Saturday night trying to source a TD5 alternator local to where some other members where Laning in Wales. We might have a bad reputation as a forum but that ain't the whole picture at all.

It's been a long old weekend (walked in at 22:30 tonight, after the roads punished us again) but well worth it. See you all at the next one!

no matter what the weather always great to see everyone, even had my good jeans on today instead of ep80-90 infused ones ( yes they had seen mr bosch washing machine)

Ratty and I also did a small job on Freddies landy over the weekend ( shade and breeze made it nice and easy).

Watching beasty battle Lucas? Electrics provided amusement.

Altogether a fab event, even if I had to tow a tin snail there.

Looked round stalls and almost everything looked expensive- so other than fair trade hat for daughter, money stayed in my pocket.

I spent so long trying to stop the magic blue smoke escaping I have the feeling I missed a fair bit  Well done fer pulling off Freddys flange :p

I really went to town on the stalls and splashed out big time on a pair of wiper blades :p Oh.....and a multimeter for which I'll have absolutely no use for in the foreseeable future :D:D

Rattys input saved the day on the LZIR fred as is normal and the td5 made it home safely today under it's own steam by all accounts :)

Glad to hear that everyone got home ok both from the Bristol and west and from welshlandshire. :)

Unfortunately it's me that has the cough and even worse I have another 3 months of it to look forward to. The downside with sleeping in a roof tent is the lack of bedside cabinet to put a glass of water on.:(

I bought a few bits and bobs toolwise at the show (dead blow hammers, tyre inflator with gauge, long reach torx spanners to name a few) but was disappointed that I couldn't get any rear brake pads for my Landy.

It's a shame that I had to rush off due to working tonight. It would've been much nicer if I could have taken my time and left a bit later in the afternoon/early evening.

None the less it was a cracking weekend. Cheers to all that helped make it happen.

Hope you feel better soon mate

Great fun as always. Really tired, sat down about 7pm last night then woke up about 7am sitting in the same place. Who knew that having two pairs of skilful hands on my flange would take it out of you so much ;) Thanks guys.

As for Saturday night. What can I say...
STEP 3. Profit.

 it was pretty funny, and close to the bone.... but anythin that stops you guys from spending a lz trip on the lz forum gets my vote! :D :p

TRY AGAIN- I got validation error, it now plays after re saving settings

Bizarre search WQCP and there are 3 videos I wonder if link broken?

Good to meet up again folks, and to meet Freddy.

Good pic of a TOSSER in the AA pic, Beasty.

As for Roy - I was distraught - he dint know who I was :(.
