well for you that have a LWB 2a i need to know how the bugger u get the copper pipes in to the double cylinders i can make them but i need to know where u lot have put them??? and also how do i get the bleed nipple in after i have fitted the cylinders (which i have oooops)

leave the cylinder slack and file the ends of the unions into a slight taper. not much just a leeetle. once you have the unions in then you can tighten up the cylinders. and always and a mean always use your fingers to put the unions in as far as they will go,before you apply yer spanner.
that way you wont cross thread them as its easy to cross thread the fookers.

as fer the nipples ah dint recall any difficulty wiff them

inch or so and i cant get the things in as the cylinders are fitted and shoes are i was told you could out them in after but it hits something with 4 bolts and a plate on the axle at back of wheel and i dont actually know what that is what is that? its very intriging

can you not get a piccy on? the bit i was thinking of has 4 bolts but they are on on the bottom...
if you can't get a piccy on gees a shout and i'll see if i can get one then you can pin point what bit its hitting

these are of me 11a, if the one with the nipple int clear enough i'll have another go fer ye.

The brake pipe goes from the chassis fitting, around the front, to the REAR hole in the bottom wheel cylinder. The bleed nipple goes into the FRONT hole in the bottom wheel cylinder. It is angled out somewhat and away from the bottom of the swivel.
