Hi all
I'm just in the process of joining the green oval world with the imminent purchase of a Defender 90 TD5
Getting it at a reasonable price from a colleague at work as the header tank is pressuring, suspected HG fail and he can njo longer be bothered to throw any money at it!
I'm hoping it's a reasonably straight forward task, I'm an enthusiastic but (to be honest) amateur mechanic.
Any help or guides for the process gratefully recieved or local boys/girls (near Bodmin, Cornwall) willing to lend a hand can be generously supplied with beer/tea during the process :D
Looking forward to having a good look around the site and making a contribution where I can

I don't know Td5, but from what I have read the problems are rarely straightforward, but best of luck with that :eek: There is a lot on the forum about them. :)
