Hi Alex, could you do me a favour please? The next time someone starts shooting their mouth of about Britpart clutches being "****part", could you repost these pictures of a 'quality' clutch?

Many thanks

Dave

everything has failure rates, but poor quality,warranty =****part
window regulators poorly welded
water pumps
brake discs
rear crossmembers that don't fit

the list goes on

Britpart water pump bought from Paddocks - was great when I fitted it and still is 1 yr later.

Britpart lift pump - was actually Delphi and great;

Britpart wheelarch repair panel - was not brilliant, not a smooth curve and rolling marks, but it fitted and looks better than the previous one;

Britpart TDi 300 exhaust system - fitted perfectly;

The list goes on...................

Hey this happened to me on the weekend...yeeee hah happy easter!!!! Can anyone tell me which clutch my series 1 Disco will have (other than a broken one)?
Australian Series 1 discovery, 5 speed manual 200Tdi????

Same happened to me, clutch off twice in six months. :mad:Just spent six hours ripping out the failed valeo clutch. Compared it to a ap driveline and the ap is far more robust. Got britpart 2 inch lift kit on my 300 disco and still performing well after 12 months. Lift pump died after about six months though. Ya get's wot ya pay for.:hysterically_laughi
