there you go if the tester cant see it because it has been monkeyed up then he cant do much about it scary eh

He can tap it with his MOT testers toffee hammer and see if it has the nice ring of solid metal or the dull thud of bog covered cardboard.

yeh but still he can't rip it off too check under it its wrong i know but he can't fail it, he can only use so much force with a toffee hammer
 
i had a bmw fail after the tester stuck a screwdriver through the sill, so they can use some force...should have been checked...

Go back and look at the BOTTOM of the sill in the photos.
The plastic sill covers don't come right down to the bottom either.
 
Like Gratch said any tester who knew what he was on about should have been able to identify body filler that was waxoyled.will...I'm not even going to describe the state of the rear discs...this car should never have passed an MOT.
Anyhow I'm not moaning I didn't pay for the disco inlaws bought it me and I love tinkering.
Quick update on progression all the old crappy cut out box section in place just got to go and get some welding wire will post some pictures later.
