My sunroof leak must be back, I'm presuming it's that as it's raining and now my key fob wont unlock it! I have also just discovered the barrel or somthing is missing from my drivers door!!

I've never put the key in the lock, I've never needed to! Now I have and there is nothing in there I dont think the key slots in and turns with no resistance at all!

I cant get in! Help
