I'm just asking because I could machine aluminium for the price of a milling bit if there is enough interest (a friend has a cnc milling machine...). Pretty sur eit will cost a lot less then 60 quid...

means one metre of round aluminium is more than enoug for 20 pcs, thus 5 sets.
one metre is about 40 quid, making 8quid per set for material, lets suggest about 10 quid for the mill and drill, and postage to blighty is 5-10? quid.
is that 60? i thought not.
plus, i can make them bigger or smaller, but i'd need the exact diameter and measurements first.
