Hello
I have read that if a log book states "Estate" in the details then the Land Rover is LEZ compliant, even the older counties?. My vehicle is compliant at the moment as it is a 2003 110 TD5 county station wagon but I have heard that there are to be stricter changes. DVLA wont give me any information so I am hoping someone out there may be able to advise. My log book does say "Estate".
Many thanks

I doubt that the DVLA would know too many of the details about LEZ; the London Environtmental Zone, it's not in their remit.
For further details of LEZ I would suggest that you try contacting "Transport for London" at the office of the Mayor ..... Boris.

ohh, my disco is a tad older - 1991, but a 7 seater so its just fine for LEZ diesel an all.....;)

My understanding of it is that if it's an original county and/or says 'estate' on the V5, then it's classed as a passenger car and so the LEZ restrictions don't apply. If it's been converted or Boris has the wrong details, you can get it changed but may have to jump through a few hoops in the process. If you've got a diesel pickup or hardtop, bad luck.

It may well be that the requirements will be raised like in some German cities "E" zones , where doesnt matter whether car or commercial !

off subject but coming our way soon I guess,
there was a drive & show day in Enfield north London just inside the M25 yesterday for new Volvo trucks....

Noticed the "euro 6 compliant" badges.....

Euro 6 cometh soon or is it here ??
