Anybody fancy a greenlane trip/mass get together? i reckon a couple of hundred vehicles all parked up together may make a great phot for the calender I know a great meeting place!

we have his name, we know he's been sent down...
just need to keep an eye on his sentence and check the day he's going to get released....

then, arrange a get together and park loads of land rovers outside the prison....hahaha, i bet he wouldnt dare to come out!

and further more...park another few outside his house :D
 
What a numpty. Stealing stuff and selling it on ebay is surely the easiest way to get caught out because that's probably one of the first places the police will start their investigation!

Also check his negative feedback. He is lacking customer service skills too it seems! lol

Indeed, if eBay were told and it can be proven they knew they too could actually be prosecuted for the same crimes as this b*****d.

that's 10.5 months at the current way the justice system works.

However if you're all hoping he gets it inside, he won't. He'll be sat in his cell watching his TV or listening to his radio, spending his maximum allowance each week and if he's smart enough ( which sounds like he may be ) then someone on the outside will be continuing to make him money one way or another.

I've had a few visits to our majesty's hotel in my youth ( i was abit naughty with my fists ), 23hour day bang ups with nothing but the walls and a piece of paper to keep ya company, these days it's dire how they get treated, there is no justice in the system, no one feels they have committed any wrong doing when they are treated in a way that quite frankly is far too good for them.

I have always believed that a sentence should be based on the cost of the goods you stole. If you made it mandatory that for every £1 you stole you get 1 day in prison....it may change things.
 
Remember he actually will only get half of that - so less than 1 year. So he'll have made more money in that 1 year probably than those of us who work (most of these type of guys are also invariably claiming dole too). Still it's lucky that he wasn't from where I live, our local court would have either found him not guilty no matter how strong the evidence, and awarded defence costs to him out of the public purse, or if they slipped up and actually found someone guilty, they'd have given him 20 hours community service! :frusty: They are so soft here that it genuinely costs much less at our local magistrates court in fines here to be caught for having no insurance than it does to insure a car! Result - lots of toerags simply don't bother.

The 10,000 item thing is a bit misleading. If you sell say tins of beans, you obviously order them in as and when you need them - so you might have 10 in stock at any one time, but you can list on eBay and say you have 500 for arguments sake, since you'll never actually run out. I wonder if anyone has actually told eBay about him? Mind you, I guess all anyone has to do is set up again in a new name and address etc and away they go. Known our prison system now, he'll probably be allowed to trade from there!
 
Just a thought but i noticed his feedback are all 'private' listings, I never buy off ebay sellers who use that format.

Sorry was supposed to say £10,000 not 10,000 items. I was just implying the thieving little fooker was selling 10k worth of gear when he got nicked.
 
all the Land rovers and other things he has stole and sold and he only gets 21 months! I would love to see him hanging from a rope to be perfectly honest, prison is too high of class for him.
 
Wait till the scum comes out, catch him in the boot he goes and bring him north. we can then be let out up the Cairngorms to walk home, not even Bear Grylls would make it back.:D
