They collect information on what has happened. They need proof. They then select a number of cases and take them to court over those cases. It is actually happening now. The first part of the hearing has already been held. They ARE already being taken to a criminal court of law as a result of the police investigation.Just read the news link. Offenses date from 2013 !!! Sinve we know that they are still at it that's 7 years of inaction.
They ask for payment up front as they don't intend on giving the vehicle back. They also ask for more money later on which just takes the p*ss even further. Normally payment on collection for most garages. They should have been remanded, they will have disappeared already........is my guess.
Is it usual to pay up front? any time I have had a Garage do any work on any of my motors,
I've not had to pay until I collected it.
Yeah, that would have flagged up a warning to me, I mean it's not like they're not gonna get paid, when they are in possesion of your motor. They ask for payment up front as they don't intend on giving the vehicle back. If a garage were to do a repair job on a vehicle whose value was much less than the repair, some garages may ask for a deposit to show willingness they really do want the work done and are committed to paying. In the case of the nasty garage this fred is about... car owners have handed over the car with full payment in cash. Sometimes charged more via bank transaction at a later date which the owner is compelled to pay or they don't get their vehicle back. Hence why they like to collect the car from some distance. Peeps have also been seen at the gate handing over cars and cash. The repairs are advertised cheaper than other garages which i think is the tempting factor. Sadly peeps don't always think about searching the web for reviews until its too late.Yeah, that would have flagged up a warning to me, I mean it's not like they're not gonna get paid, when they are in possesion of your motor.

The courts are doing spurious parking charge cases by phone, they should be doing criminal stuff. Can't see any update online. Court cases have slowed down because of the virus so I guess it was delayed.
They're busy with paperwork:
Anyengine wolves limited - active proposal to strike off. Director was jaspal virdee
https://www.companiesintheuk.co.uk/ltd/anyengine-wolvs
The address
UNIT 16 SUNBEAM STREET, WOLVERHAMPTON, UNITED KINGDOM, WV2 4PF
Don't think they're linked.
Don't think they're linked.
Strange one that. Can't find the company name registered. When looking at google maps with the little orange man, they're in unit 2 according to the sign on the building on sunbeam street which is the street the scum bags use.
Phone number on building sign is 01902 712834. When I search for that number I find Torque Performance which is addressed as the rear of that building, in the parallel street. Unit 2 Marston Road Industrial Estate, Marston Road, Wolverhampton, WV2 4LX.
When I drop orange man in that street there's a row of what looks like tire fitters, mot and parts sales. But no Torque Performance or Specialist Auto's.
When I type "nvs autos unit sunbeam" into google I get facebook at the top, for Specialist Auto's, in unit 2 sunbeam street. It shows the business card yer posted above. Facebook page states 2 sunbeam street and a photo of the entrance for unit 2. They seem legit but can't find much on them. Doesn't look like they're connected to the scum bags.
I have been told there's a number of local businesses who have nothing to do with the scamming bastids. They feel the area is tainted by what the scammer does and want them gone. That includes the peeps leasing buildings to them apparently.
One thing that did catch my eye was unit 1 sunbeam street where another company eggsists. Seems to be a dormant company setup in 2018 with assets of £1. Now what's the chance of two different Singh's both using the same address for different companies registered, at the same time. One using unit 1a studio's on sunbeam street originally and now using unit 1 sunbeam street, and the other using units 1 to 6 sunbeam street.

He's linked to a lot of different companies.
Now that’s really strange as there's another company also at unit 1a studio, sunbeam street:
Reeven Autos Ltd
Company number 12013084
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12013084
Nature of business = Retail trade of motor vehicle parts and accessories
NAR, Makhan Paul - DOB May 1982
Correspondence address - Unit 1a Sunbeam Studios, Sunbeam Street, Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, WV2 4PF
Incorporated May 2019. So another company only just opened. Their conformation statement is late. They may get struck oft for that if they don't sort themselves out.
Mr NAR has 3 companies. One connected to cars and the other not. Don't think it's connected to the scum bags.

I think the main reason for the new ones is bad advertising of the eggsisting ones. Once word gets round they get another ready. In the short life of this fred fhey have had loads. The web is their worst enemy hopefully. It's bad for legit business' to get caught up in this, but if they are still making new companies and starting to scam again, best we warn and keep and eye out ...
