Any 04 td5 landmark owners on here ? (manual)

just got myself one recently wondering as the same cars usually have similar problems do you have much bother with yours ?

mines going back to garage sometime this week to get the central locking sorted as its under warranty . cd changer coould do with a quick look over aswell .

I've got an 04 Disco but it's a Pursuit, which is the one without many of the bells and whistles. Haven't had much in the way of trouble with it really (that's done it!).

They are, of course the last of the TD5's, so many of the problems experienced by older cars may well be ahead of us.

Anyway, who thinks up these names? "Pursuit?" Take a lumbering, heavy, 4X4 with the power to weight ratio of the Empire State Building and call it that?? Jeez!

you will find plenty of different problems on here, what ever the spec or age,
but you will get some genuine good advise,

Bear in mind that "Landmark" is just a trim level, so all the rest of the car will be identical technically to all the other TD5's.

Thanks lads.

fking cd player doesnt work either ! any of you had problems with the cd changer ? discs spinning but keeps saying no cd ? maybe a laser ?

Try taking them out of the cartridge and rearranging them.

I wouldn't play 1 direction on repeat either.
