Daft as it might sound I had this issue with an old ldv van when ever I put super market fuel in it, was fine when ever I filled it up at a Normal petrol station !

Just my 2p's worth :) good luck getting it sorted !!
 
I'll have a go on the injectors in the morning.

Could have tried one a few evening this week but its easier to work in the day light on my day off!

I suppose so, cant help think that it is some sort of fuel restriction when under load [most fuel wanted]as you say it revs well[less fuel wanted]under light load.:confused:
 
It revs fine under little or no load.

I can't work out what could cause there to be a fuel restriction under load though!
 
It was running fine untill i did a long run in it.

Perhaps the pump has moved slightly due to the vibrations? I've checked the bolts and its still down very tight. I'll have a go at adjusting the timing tomorrow
