Just replaced my old tired sidelight builds with some nice White LED bulbs. Looks good but now have check front light error on display! Lights working fine but have warning. Am I ok to use the car with this warning or will it through up another fault or just ignore?
Cheers

Because filament bulbs draw more current, the cars diagnostics get confused when the LED lights are fitted. They draw much less current, and have a different resistance. I thinbk it can be cured by wiring a resistor in, in parallel, or somethin....

Ok looked and found some with resistors built in so might get them. Am I causing more problems not changing them back or could i drive forever with the lamp warning up an have no problems from that?

I got some white led bulbs for mine with resistors built in. Had them a few months now and no warning or error shown and look great.

I got in mine thismorning and had no faults with bulbs. Weird. But if you search eBay for 501 LED bulbs canbus you will find a load. Canbus is the system that will ping up a bulb fault.
