I'll have a brief look later - lots going on at home and work in the last few days so it may take a couple of days to give it my full attention, if there's any immediate red (or green!) flags, I'll let you know.

Update!!
I don't know if it's because i disconnected the battery the other day, or because i started a new SDD session, but the car CCF is now showing as valid and i can view it with no errors.
I'm going to go through and check it looks sane, as last in my eyes

The RF receiver is behind the dash, the KVM has four (possibly five from memory) antennas, these are the ones that do the push-pull. Have you considered it may be the key? the history of not unlocking and then the KVM not doing the validation and problems with the NFC initialisation all hinge on the key being functional - which is a single point of failure rather than the KVM, it's antennae, the NFC antenna and the CJB....
 
BTW, it's always good practice to start a new SDD session unless you're continuing with a previous diagnosis. The only issues I see with your sessions are the the PCM not holding a valid CCF backup and both doors having issues with power to the locks & mirror heaters - did you at any point unplug the door harness'? it may be the issue is with the flex between the door and the body connector - that has nothing to do with the security issues though.

Thank you. The mirrors have never cleared about from the edges, probably need new ones. It's on the to-do list.

The door codes have always been there even after clearing codes. Never touched them and never had a problem with them either so i ignore it

Both keys don't work at the same time and it makes no difference whether I'm using one key or the other.
Difficulty with nfc could just be me in a hurry with the alarm going off at work
 
I was contemplating downloading the CCF then reuploading on case there's still something funky going on. SDD should verify it's all valid
 
Reloading the CCF would be a good plan - when you get the unlock issue, do you always have the KVM not recognising the key at the same time?
 
Here's the control diagram, as you can see, the KVM is 'key' to both functions, even if no DTC is set (for that relies upon the failing function being monitored and capable of setting a DTC) it could have an internal defect, the antennae, CAN & power are obviously OK as they are monitored.

I think it says communication lost/no signal
As a DTC or dash message? even though both functions are within the KVM, it's two separate systems, for both to fail would indicate a general electrical or processing defect within the KVM.

As a dtc, on the dash it just says key not found when you try to start
