Calais ferry terminal to Bilbao P&O terminal is 753 miles avoiding tolls. 717 quickest route but it takes you onto Paris Peripherique or what ever it's called.
 
1 day to travel about 700miles? i be knackered!

not missing no point, plenty to see in Morocco. screw the spanish

yer havin a laugh griff. the ferry to le havre is a night crossing. we drive for no more than 3 hours at a time and make bayonne in 1 day. ffs the last time i even spent 2 hours dining with mr slob
 
aye griff,. be steady as yer get off the ferry, theres a big lump in the ramp at le havre that yer can catch yer diff on ;)
 
Calais to Algeciras is roughly 1400 miles, give or take an argument.
I would expect £200 for fuel.
Say £50.00 for tolls.
