Hi just wondered if any body else has had the judder on the motorway, my disco is a september 1999 td5 and when iam going along the motorway sometimes it judders like its missing? Yes its a diesel, and its missing like a petrol engine would, but when you give it a bit of a thrashing it seems to clear up . Also when i turn to the right it scweels like a brake pad grinding but they seem ok so if any body any ideas give a reply thanks for looking bigcol .

Yes, I've had this for a few months now (Petrol V8i). If I go along the motorway at speeds over say 100 kph, take my foot off the accelerator, then put it back on, it judders/shudders for around 15 seconds then it's fine until the next time. Annoying. Some people say it's the Vehicle Speed Sensor, though my VSS seems fine (at least the speedo is not jumping around)
