Well done you!! Been reading this thread for a while glad its running!
Well done, it's looking great. At this point you must have a massive sense of achievement.![]()
From experience I can tell you that those jobs will take about twice that If not more. They say think of a number and double it, with a land rover, triple it.
haha, great!
Most of the jobs I have either started or done the prep for so in theory shouldn't take too long.
The exhaust will take some time as I honestly have no idea what to do with it.
Yeah your exhaust could be fun![]()
Tidy up brake pipes ....![]()
i am curious - what has made you decide to paint your wagon when built ? is it easier that way - less likely to get damaged during assembly or just the way you have chosen to do it ?
i have all my panels off and im tempted to paint them now before i assemble.... is that a bad idea ?
other than that - top work , i am dreaming of this day !
either stratos or marine blue - with limestone truck cab roof and wheels.
its stratos at the moment with limestone (van) roof and black disco steelies.
the whole thing needs doing that much is sure - there isnt a panel on it thats not had a brush touch up to part of it with the wrong colour in its past![]()
i dont want a perfect finish but it would be nice to have it all one colour - at least to start with.
Another £84 worth of parts ordered. This is getting ridiculous now...
