Hi all
Any ideas how to get shipping data from these people :confused:
My order dated 23 Nov is shown as shipped on 02 Dec but I cant seem to get a waybill or any shipping details from them. :mad: They ignore my emails.
At about 2 quid a minute to phone them from Aus I want to avoid that (especially if they put me on hold for an extended time)

Personally I've always had a good service from them.

It's easy for emails to get overlooked or caught in Spam filters if you're not sending from a recognised address. Would be worth giving them a call, even if it's just to ask them to check if they've received your email.

I've only once had an issue with an order, and a 2 minute phone call was all it took to sort everything out.
 
as above. always had first class delivery from them. even a series of texts to keep you informed.
 
I take it from the 'Aus' bit that mean your in Australia ?

It may take 10+ days due to time of year or might be a customs hold up ?

Otherwise it will have to be a phone call to them.
