Ifinally got my money refunded by opening a paypal case. All's well that ends well, but they need to sort out their communication problems.
Been having the same issue with them. No replies to my emails, ever.

Used to buy from them frequently.

Bought 2 rear bumper light clusters and they were both different brands. They're also visually different - one looks darker than the other. On top of that, one had a small internal crack. As soon as I opened the package, I took some photos and sent off an email straight away. No reply... Sent 2nd email after a couple of days, no reply either. Phoned them, no answer. I'll keep trying, but this is ridiculous.
As long as you have no issues with your order, they're quick to send your stuff, but if you have issues, forget about it...

I've now used Rimmer Bros and LR Direct and they've been very good.
 
In distance selling quick response and good communication with customers is essential. Its a shame. I bought my britpart lynx unit from them at a good price and all was fine.

They were fine with me too, for a long time. I bought quite a few things from there. But it's when something goes wrong that you really find out how good a company is. This time it was "only" a couple of light assys, but what about if it was something expensive and vital? Would you risk it again?..

This was almost 2 weeks ago, and still no reply. Stuffing things in a bag and sending them out the door is easy. Dealing with complaints and after sales issues is a whole different story...
