M MrPDude Active Member Jul 2, 2011 #3 I didnt think Petrols had a vacuum pump, so lets assume its a diesel. The vacuum pump is on the left side of the engine, just below the fuel filter (on a 300 tdi) Its sort of circular shaped with a pipe comin out leading to the brake servo
