Perhaps Tenebreaux would still be able to nip by just to confirm if there is or isn't signs of the business there. I can't see how they run a mail order business with the restrictions they are imposing as they won't have any customers willing to take the risk.

Oh dear.

Scam then, the world and his dog does PayPal if they are selling on a selling site they would be expected to take PayPal by virtue of mail order.
