I just read this "somewhere else"...
STD 90/110 FRONT SPRING measures 260mm +/- 5 mm
The REAR SPRING should be around 300 mm +/- 10mm
STD Disco/RRc FRONT SPRING measures 250 mm +/- 5 mm
The REAR SPRING should be around 300 mm +/- 10mm

I have no independent info, just thought this might be useful.

Are 17" wheels & that tyre profile "standard"? They look a little odd / too modern for the 90...?
If not a standard size, they might give a "lift" if the standard is 16" wheels, but depends on the tyre profile.

Looking your car up in this linky might help clarify this - https://www.wheel-size.com/size/land-rover/

Here are the std spring colours and part numbers. It does look like your tratter is sitting lower at the back. To be absolutely certain change springs for correct colour/length and be done. Don't be tempted to go for HD springs, you'll just be bouncing around especially at the rear.

Thank you, I will be doing just that. Cheers

Thanks. I’m pretty sure mine aren’t standard. The spare on the back is white painted steel (205/80/R16) and I think that might be standard for a basic hardtop? The previous owner fitted the 17’s and Coopers.

Given that you have OEM Armstrong I would say suspension is not lifted. Armstrong do not make extended length dampers. However who knows what previous owner did.

Post some pics of the springs bases and the shocks. Mine has been done with spacers under the springs on the axle spring base.
Also they extended the shock fixing bolt.

Son's Ninety has stock (Britpart) springs and is also 50cm from wheel centre to bottom of arch extension, give or take.
