I got a new exhaust on it when i bought it a year ago mate...i will be putting a str8 thru on it at some point though..first things first and all that..i may even get it done when i nip over for the next MOT if you want to have a go..:p:p
Next mot:eek: Hehe first thing i would do would be tek yer air filter off an givvit a little run to see if theres any difference if not i would be looking at yer boost pipes and diaphram like pos said;)

the more yer gerrin the more yer need ta gerrout;)
 
Should have picked up some more air filters...30 quid a pop here .. eek!

make sure your exhaust isn't clogged with carbon

Make sure your fuel sedimenter is not full of jelly (if it has one)

Make sure you have no restrictions in your fuel line

Make sure your injector pump diaphragm is not damaged

make sure your fuel filter is not clogged

Clean out your intercooler

turn up your fuelling :)
 
last picture look like you'd be losing boost from the turbo

The hose? Its really quite tight to the pipe..i was thinking more that the hose from the airfilter was a bit compressed and restricting airflow..pic 2 i think.
 
would also route the inlet on the air box to the front, away from the heat.

Its not coming off Gratch, it actually is really tight, was difficult to get it on as i kept the N/A air filter housing. I've been thinking all day how to change the air filter so its got better flow.
 
No i'm bloody english!! If i swap the hoses on the air filter round, then it will be drawing air from the front of the engine..i.e the cooler area...
