I have
Brand new synthetics usually have a slightly high moisture content as they tend to be anhydrous this will reduce with use due to heat driving out the moisture. but normally they have extremely low particle count due to the manufacturer's process of filtering the oil previous to packing.
We have particle counts at >4um, >6um, and >14um, which would normally increase through the life of the lubricant.
