That's pretty cool, but, doesn't the console ashtray sits on the bracket?I made mine, seller didn't sent it either.

It looks really good. Today I was trying to assemble my console and I felt that it was scraping the original bracket... I think I will try to get a bracket from a TD4... If not, your solution is the best!It's a tight fit but it fits.

I'm pretty sure the ashtray is only supported by the console itself. I can't remember exactly - but I think the bracket is behind (or in front depending on how you look at it) of the ashtray.

Correct. The ashtray just clips into the console. It was an option too. Mine has just a flat plastic cover.
Either the ashtray or cover need removing, so access to the handbrake compensator adjuster.

Possibly. I want to add some USB sockets to into the back of mine, for the kids tablets. I fancy an arm rest pad too, once I've replaced the broken lid.
