4 copper washers, 4 sealing washers at the tips. Fit them the right way up, and make sure there are no old washers down the holes.
Use a pencil to get the old steel washers out, and loosen them with a screwdriver if needed.

Delphi agent, or any reputable fuel injection place should send them to you. Postage will be cheap, they are small and light.

I downloaded the parts manual to get part numbers. I should be able to get hem locally with those, or have them ordered in (the steel ones probably).
