In search of enlightenment,
I have a 95.300 tdi , it has an electrical connection is this pump tweakable ?. Thanks people
 
thanks for the replies guys,still not sure if it is tweakable.cant see a part nmbr.any advice on how to identify it would be great thanks.
 
just had a look, it does have a throttle cable. thanks for the help guys . its my first disco so i will be on here alot lol . much apreciated cheers.:D
 
it doesnt matter whether its auto or manual as long as its got a throttle cable as this means its a "normal" pump and not EDC with fly wire throttle control.

however to answer your question he would have to know what a throtle cable was and to go out and have a look,

he would know the answer to my question without having to leave the sofa.

Also on the edc pump there is a plate on it that has a cable attached that could be mistaken for a throtle cable so it a valid question.

however as he now says it has a throtle cable he can just follow the instructions in the link i posted at post 3 and all will be fine.
