I have some challenge wings to fit to my 90 soon, well when I've put the head back on,

I'm going to install to led Amber strobs front and back, I'd like the Amber strobe on the front with the lights, space is tight so was wondering if I could wire the led strobe onto the indecator circuit aswell so it will work as an indicator and as a strobe,

Going to fit some small led side lights, and my standard head lights,

Under the construction and use regulations an indicator must flash between 60 and 120 times per minute.
 
Think I've been miss understood,

To have it wired into the exsisting indicator wires so it switches and flashes like my exsisting one does, but also have it connected to the controller for the strobe, to use as a strobe when needed and a indicator most of the time
 
depends on what kind of strobe you are thinking of tbh

if it's the low cost chinese ones from ebay, they strobe unit is actually just a bank of amber LED's, then these would be ok, but you would have to put an intermediate relay in, not because of the load as it's relatively small, but to prevent the indicator and/or strobe back feeding into the other

i.e. when you have the strobes on, you don't want the voltage going back to the indicator and indicator circuit

Of course, if you're thinking of a proper xenon strobe, then it won't flash with the indicators as they work in a different way whereby a capacitive circuit charges up then discharges through the xenon element. If you connect this to an indicator circuit, then it won't work properly or at all, as it will only charge when the indicator is in the "on" phase.

I did a similar thing with the intermediate relay for a set of main beams spots and foglights - bringing main beam on also brought on the fogs, but bringing on the fogs didn't bring the main beam on.

That's what I mean, yeah it was just the cheep Chinese ones on eBay I was looking at, could you explain how to wire it with the relay and what type would it be?
 
If led the at least 2 normally open and normally closed, preferably double pole.

The led will be on common
The indicator on the NC
The led strobe on the NO
The coil supply + will be on the same switched supply to power strobe box.
When energised the output of strobe unit will be fed through NO pole on energised relay- however when strobe on indicators will not overide
