Damā¦ that salesman was giving me duff info then when I was buying some big tools.
I do have a halfruads box but they donāt cover ratchets either. Sockets are a straight swap with the trainee cashiers
If you look at the snap on bits there is a little symbol near the part number that tells you what year it was made, can be a right bugger to see though.
Has a look at the 18ā breaker bar but can only see -
snap-on SN-18A Canada
Itās in good condition though
From the snap on website, slightly different part nos, but gives you an idea on prices.
Rough rule I always work on with used Snap On gear is fair used condition is roughly half of its new off the van price, which is normally cheaper than the prices listed on their website, not massively cheaper though unless its on offer.

I got a brand noo breaker bar off snap on last year under warranty cause, ironically I snapped it.

Many years ago I bought a very old Snap on breaker bar from a car boot sale for 2 quid! Knuckle was missing but amazingly the current ones still fitted it, Snap On van man reckoned it was circa WW2 era, still use it most days.So the breaker bar is worth more than I paid for the whole box
