Got a bloke comin hopefully next week he has a patented software that will reset an wipe it an he can input 24 inch wheels !!!!!!! He can also just make it go to wat ever height he wants at all ! I hope so anyway guys ill let u know next week thanks for all your advice thus far !

Easily done with all comms lol

But i thought the all comms had to raise it in callibration an you had to take measurements and deduct this an add that ? He just types in new heights apparently no need for calculations?

oh right, but isn't it going to do the same thing, just slightly easier ? :p

All systems for Recalibrating the L322 will cause it to rise to a set height and then you measure and input the information...the ECU then works out the correct ride heights from this....

this is what i cant understand.

as i thought when you initialize calibration, the ECU wipes all current heights and rises up to a per-determained height ready for you to input height values ??? correct ?

so surely even if the cars heights are all fooked up and over the place, when you start the calibration i would have thought it would reset all the heights and start again ?

thus clearing the messed up EAS system that he currently has !

??????? God knows mate ive thrashed my head and all you guys the bloke who my friend knows is comin end of next week. Ill wait for him to have a bash an let u qll know ! Ps check out my nsr window switch fault lol !!

Legend !!! Awesome reply you have made my day wi comment mate !!! Ps it wont go down an dobt wanna risk it incase i cant recalibrate to go up hahahaha

It does - it is a destructive test....

It wipes the stored Sensor Heights, raises the car to a known sensor height, and you then tell it how physically high that is...the ECU then uses this known sensor position and the physical height to calculate what the sensor readings should be at the correct ride heights...

example:

Calibration Sensor reading = 125
Physical Height = 805mm

ECU now knows that to sit at the correct ride height of 767mm the sensors need to read 109...it then does the same calculation for the different ride modes and stores the correct sensor readings for the ride heights....

Guess wat, just done a motorway run, all of a sudden hdc inactive air susp inactive abs an traction control warning lights came on THEN turned it off started it again ALL WARNING LIGHTS GONE and suspension works again ?????? Had battery tested other day very slightly low bout 11.9 - 12v could this be an issue ????? Its bloody weird all this lol

Low battery voltage or low alternator output can cause all sorts of problems. 11.9 volts equates to a nearly flat battery, should be 12.5 volts a short while after turning the engine off and 14.2 volts with the engine running.

ive just been to eurocarparts and purchased a bosch s5 110ah battery for £113. theres sure to be one in donny. you have to order online promo code battery 15 gives you 15% discount

should have a look at battery megastore, sure they are cheaper there.

So its defo worth changing the battery i take it ? Could that have caused the mad blackpool illuminations ive just witnessed

Right ill get one next week. I did read a how to on here regarding changing it an i must say it looked VERY complicated isnt there a simpler way like there used to be straight undo an swap

its not complicated, but make sure u follow instructions and dont short it.the sort of voltage your showing can throw faults up all over the place, may have contributed to some of your many problems.get the 110ah not the 90ah its worth the few extra sheckles
