true, it would be nice to just open the lid n pull it out without having to worry about anything
And as far as I'm aware Bosch don't make them, just brand them You pay for the branding, I'll pay less for a good unbranded battery that probably came from the same factory.i dont think battery megastore sell bosch batteries?
German quality is a myth, I have had 2 German cars, both were crap, BMW built Range Rovers Ditto. They will have no control over quality, they just buy to a spec, the are not interested as long as the failure rate is not too high, profit is the name of the game. My German caravan has turned out to be crap as wellthats prob true but they will have control over quality, they are german after all
Unfortunately British caravans are not homolgated for the EU and are very difficult to register in France requiring all sorts of mods.i agree and disagree, bosch are a world renowned brand equal to any jap stuff. as for the caravan , you should have bought british! we make the best i would say that as i work for a caravan manufacturer!
Alphaline 4 year warranty and a lot cheaper to buy.i see im being defeated however a 5 year guarantee must be worth a premium? and bosch arnt yuasa prices
+1check your abs sensors for fitment and check the wiring thereto....reports are the wires chaff on the inside of the wheel during turning....had to replace my osf one when i first got the car, and just replaced the other side this morning!!
Lack of abs signal will cause hdc, dsc, ebc, abs, eas and cbc systems to throw faults as they use the abs signal to function correctly (except the eas which throws a fault due to it being on the same canbus as the rest!!!)
Was that for a P38 or L322?true but the compatable alphaline only has 800 cca compared to the bosch 920 cca. save £35 but id rather have the xtra 120 cca and extra years guarantee but thats just the way i roll
