Hi does anyone know if you can buy new internals for ignition and door switch Mine is on its last legs I think

Probably at a dealer for an extortionate sum. I thought mine was knackered, it turned out to be wear on the key blade, a new blade sorted it.

I have read that the dealers say the mechanism cannot be replaced and the whole assembly is needed. It's not true, the mechanism is easy to remove. You do mean the mechanical part and not the switch?

No, the barrel where the key goes, I only have one key so I am a little reluctant to send it off If I can manage till summer ,i will go and see Les Edwards in Wales and see about 2 keys and getting my fob repaired.

The light has gone on mine, impossible to put the key in when it's dark!!!

Easy enough to change the bulb, or you could put some hair round it.

Same here, just always forgot about it as I very rarely go out at night here and if I don't know where the key hole is by now I shouldn't be driving

It was supposed to work and didn't. I couldn't live with that so had to fix it.
