...that when messing with the CH last week I tripped and wrenched my knee sideways as I narrowly avoided stepping into an open manhole in my garage. :(
Its been "tender" since then and yesterday the climbing up the ladder to strip the dead leaves from the Cordylines has aggravated things so now it is letting me know about it. :(
I really dislike this getting old/frail malarkey.

Strap it up and use a cold compress 20 mins on and 20 mins off. Vet wrap is fab.

The day has gone well :) I also managed a blood test this afternoon (they struggle to get any out usually).
As a treat, I am going to Conningsby tomorrow for the morning as I am now a member of of the BBMF :D

So you didnt chuck any chalk or board rubbers?;).

I have to ask what BBMF stands for cos in my mind it amounts to something quiet rude Big Bad Mother ------- But I am sure thats not right:confused:.
But enjoy the day:).

Went under me tratter today to do a cogbox and transfer box oil change. The cog box filler plug is in an awkward location for getting oil in, tailor made for getting a sleeve full of oil and not much in the box. SO I have invested heavily (12sovs) in an oil transfer syringe thing. Job delayed for a few days waiting for the postman :D
