Sorry I've been quiet. I'm looking at moving to the dark side and getting a discovery. I will keep my 110 though
 
Marmaduck flogged his tratter and bought a Discovery. He's not gone soft. Just realising creature comforts make life easier. He was on the fence for a bit but realised a fork lift truck had a better driving position and steering than his tratter. Decision made. He pops into the tratter section to take the p *ss out of them now.

Seeing how many tratters get robbed and rung I don't think I'd want another one :oops:. There's people on eBay selling vin plates and v5's to help with the process :mad: and given how much I paid for my disco I couldn't go wrong :p
 
I'm keeping the 110, I've spent too much time and money in her. The disco is so that the wife can start driving land rovers as well. But for longer drives I will use the disco instead of the noisy thing

I had to look twice at the sticker int window. Thought it said Freelander.

It's a wise decision to buy a thinking mans tratter as a daily drive. Yer could always buy a Freelander if yer want some luxury. Make sure yer tratter is alarmed and fit a tracker so yer know where it is. As marmaduck says there's too many being nicked and it would be a shame to loose yer toy.

Yeah but I'm not embarrassed to be seen out in mine:p I like my leather seats, air con and quality heater . As for style and charisma that's truly in the eye of the beholder :eek:

That makes 2 of us. I'm not embarrassed to be seen out in mine anorl. Has yours got a roof that dun't leak?
 
Well I've won a disco 2 on eBay, I hope it's as per the pictures and description. I will have to take all the extra stuff off though (roof rack, ladder, light bar, a bar, light guards) as I want to fit in some car parks and not stand out too much
