Mornin' all. Guess what, yes, it's still rain'. How thankful I am that I live in the 'ills, but the wind has dropped.
The wee one is out wi' 'is pillow and the big un's asleep in 'is bed. I'm back in me pit wi' me cuppa wondering which road will be flood-free so as I can get the dogs out.
Sad news - my closest neighbour passed away yesterday. Much as she wanted to live in the countryside, I do not think it suited her and she turned into a bit of a recluse.

Us be reassured. Us ev gude eyesight fur us years, no change in prescription. Us must lurn ter judge wevver us glass be full or no when us be standin up and not when us be lyin on floor. Us be appy wiv this, shows us can learn sumfing even when uv advanced years.That is not a good position to find yourself in.

It's sleeted a few times here this afternoon but nothing worth worry about, the wind keeps getting stronger and then fizzling out. Very strange weather patterns.
