Have to say mine would walk that!

Yeh that's what I was thinking, mine would have done fine anorl albeit with more clonking as it's not got the clearance yours has. That's nothing compared to some of the stuff at the quarry!

Driver ability, or lack thereof?

Yup! You have to drive em differently to a bender, cos they're very different cars!

Well took a while but finally read through the entire thread!!! I have both a freelander and 90 - both break as often as each other, freelander - still has passenger window broke, squeals, knocking noise from rear - always have to take it to the garage to have anything done so I like to "build up" all the breaks into one visit. 90 - recent new alty, needs new PAS pump, needs new passenger door or repair, along with other things - but.....I do all the work on the 90 myself and it only visits the garage for its MOT and i aint no mechanic. All in all though - I love both of them, but i would only take the 90 off roading - the Mrs would kill me if I broke both! :) I like the look of both of them, but i must admit when the freelander goes wrong i find it frustrating, when the 90 breaks I find it a challenge!!
Thanks for your input. It's always good to hear views from owners who have both vehicles. Pop over to the Freelander section and you'll find write ups on the window fix and where to buy the repair kit. Many have had a go and managed ok.

Yup. Feels like a second home. Wipe yer feet on the way out. Needs a bit of a tidy up and yer out of sugar in the canteen.

Out of sugar:eek::eek::eek::eek: Right that's it, nobody do anything till we get this sorted out, I can put up with a lot, but no sugar for ma brew:mad::mad::mad::mad:

I has brought in a 5kg bag of sugar this morning. I fink you lot need to apply the same rules as we do in the Freelander section. Sugar is for tea, and not to mixed in with soap to help clean yer hands.
