Went to bed at eleven pm and wide awake at two am
A few days ago I went to bed at eleven in the evening and the missus woke me up at half three in the afternoon
My sleep pattern is mullered still I've been off since Saturday morning and I'm back in tomorrow night, it's the first time I can remember having four days off that weren't holiday
