Hain't got one unless we drive for 35 mins to get one off dottir. W was convinced we had poison but she can't find any. (Which of course meant I had to look for it as if anything disappears it is always my fault.)

Ive got about 6 big happy snappers & 2 humane cages. Ive seen em chew there own legs n tails off to escape, the ones I catch alive I take to someone's house I dont like n let em go. ;)

After flipping around with the CH system, it would appear that the feed for the pump has gone AWOL. Lord knows why.
So it is now running on a jury rig which is working out fine. Just have to unplug it when we go to bed and the heating goes off.
Reverse this in the a.m.
Pipes no longer banging, tis bliss.
Have you got polyfiller or some plaster if so mix it with some dryed dog food and place it under cover where you know it is , keep it dry it will eat it and then get thirsty the rest is written in stone , or set in stone 😣
Sadly no, I talked about this with W, she wants us to get ornery rat poison. Maybe we'll get both. I haven't seen the powder form for ages, but I have just checked and it is still available.

I went for the rat again later on and he'd left his hiding place.
I am getting fed up of having to let the dogs out on leads in case they accidentally annoy him and get bitten.

Ive used stuff from screw fix, comes in a tub and is little square pink fings in a packet that they seam to love it & it works.

"YOU MUST KEEP PETS AWAY FROM IT" Snap traps with one of these in it works with a smear of peanut butter.
It needs to be in a wooden box screwed in or somewhere pets cant get to it.

Or a flask n sannys wi yer slug gun hiding in the bushes. 🤣🤣

My Uncle Pete caught that when canoeing on the firth n forth canal, he was 6ft 4" & quite a big chap also was really fit being a copper he went down to 6 stone  Lucky to survive it but years later developed a brain tumour & has been going down hill for the last 6 years now just passed away a couple of months ago, im not sure if the two are related. Still a nasty disease. :(
It's carried in rats drippings and urine and contaminates soil and water and dogs love drinking out of puddles
