TLScontact seems to be moving more towards giving us the refund we deserve.
But they have asked us for the most crazy info:
In fact they do not need any of this as they took the money from us quick enough. They have enough info on their records to be able to refund us. Via the credit card we paid with. So sickening.

- Full name
- Passport number
- Application reference number
- Payment reference number that starts with "visa-fr-gbLON2fr-XXXXXXXXXX".
- The center you were applying for.
- The date of the appointment.
- Date of payment.
- Amount to be refunded.
- The bank details: [account number, sort code, first and last name on bank account]) and screenshot of TLS confirmation payment email and screenshot of the receipt.
