Eye had a friendly squirrel who was going a bit shy. Drive way squirrel that was more cautious and din't stick around fer more nuts. Just a few. And anuvva that din't know nuts were available. He would run oft. He were the last eye seen at the weekend. Others av bin gone 14 days. Somefink has bit me hedgehog water bowl and broked it. Then a second time anuvva day. Eye is starting to wonder if someone has put poison oot. Cold wevva has gone now.
Yet having a Dixon-Bate, mine is only "on" when towing. I remove the ball bit whenever I am not to save it getting nicked.
Last year someone locally was putting rat poison in sausages for dogs to eat, a lad found some but couldnt link it to anyone.

Shame he wasn't caught, or she, it it was the case, and then made to eat the dogs he/she had killed.

We had some little jerks try to poison our hens like that. Luckily they had more sense than to eat it.
