Oh dear what have you done to upset her then?

Didnt answer the phone only 8 missed calls I was coming to get her & my phone was on silent, she was going to get the bus
home then I got a flat tyre on the way back so she had a face like a horse in the huff. 🤣 🤣 🤣
Then it was a catalogue of things after that so no point me answering back & just agree with everything which really annoys her. She luvs me but dont like me sometimes. :gunner:

Afternoon folks :).

Well I finally got round to emptying the little trailer of the grass cutting/pruning's and general sweeping up around. Its been sat a few months filling up.
So when raking it out onto the "common land" the grubs in it were huge, I mean huge, 3 would fill a hotdog roll:p. A fisherman would of had to get a bigger hook.

Sat on the front step this morning with me cuppa tea, Listening to the Sqiggle eating our walnuts. Its a rasping sound as he takes of the husk, (which he then drops on the car) then is a rougher rasping/cracking and later half nut shells drop:). Try not to move to much but haven't managed to spot him yet. Think he is now coming for breakfast then taking away some for later.
He will not be 1 of those cheap grey 1s, he will be a proper red tuffty.

Its MOT month 2x cars and 3x trailer (the little 1 is every 2 years another reason to empty it) Plus I need to get some more sand.

Still sunny and ott here enjoying it all we can:).

Got the quote for the extra solar panels, M has yet to disclose the amount that my slush fund will suffer:oops:.

G'day all.
Bin busy.
Got up this mornin to find that Christophe had managed to drop his trailer off on our land in front of the house without waking us.
So that is now full of the old roof tiles, apart from the ones that I have put in the back of the Disco. And some garden rubbish. So that will be off to the tip Monday.
Meanwhile, as usual, us being rather Kamikaze when it comes to entertaining, have been cooking and preparing stuff for the last meal we will be giving guests tomoz. Kamikaze becos we often try out new dishes on guests.
This time it is a little tame, just a flan/quiche type thing as a starter and a lemon/yoghurt/ice as a sweet. The main course being a Chicken Blanquette which we have done quite a few times now.
Also spent a lot of time cutting back bushes etc so the trailer will be used a few times before being delivered back.
It has actually been dry and warm, or even hot, provided we were in the sun, but in the shade we are aware that we are well into autumn.
Hope you all had a good day!
See yez!
:):):)
