I had a spirometry test today at the hospital. It was a bit more intense than the usual one we have at work. Still, passed with flying lung capacity 
Lotsa bikey stuff on itv4 over the next couple of weeks (9pm daily) as its the IOM TT fortnight.
Today I as been an horticulturist. Raking moss outa me lawn wiv an electric thingy and dressing with 9-7-7 fertiliser (learned about fertilisers on tinter web at the weekend and went out and bought myself a 25kg bag of the stuff). More of the same tomorrow.
