Sad isn't it.Norf Korea is at war wiv south Korea. They have bin sending over ballons carrying bags of poop and rubbish to the south. All in retaliation over the south sending them leaflets telling them the truth. Tis like naybors lobbing poop over the fence.
Very sad. And on Thursday we will remember what happens when stupid, small-minded isolationists start spitting at each other. And it only takes a small spit.Sad isn't it.
If you used any Land Rover nuts n bolts on it, that'll be the problem... the ride was completed.
An annoying set of creaks & squeaks all the 10 miles.
I checked my knees, but it wasn't them.
I don't like unexplained noises as they usually mean a failure of some sort somewhere is imminent.
I am inspecting the trike frame for cracks at any weld-seams and I shall line the seat-frame cup with some rubber as that used to squeak. Only 28 days till I go to Holland. Eek!
I got the head out, I think, or at least most of it. We don't often get bitten by one in fact I think this is only the second time ever but our dogs were really suffering this year until we got the atrociously dear but effective anti flea and tick pills that cover them for 3 months.Have been food for ticks 6 times this year each time after removal it has left a swollen red area did you get the head out I now rub tiger balm on my legs thay don't like that but no good if thay drop on you from a tree
Who has been a busy boy then! Enjoy! What a scorcher of a day............busy busy....
Firstly went down the yard cleared a space for 40t of ballast, 20t for my garage floor as it was going cheap so might as well take it.
So looks like the floor will be getting done soon, ive got 42 bags of cement here need another 30 & the rebar is coming next
week. (need to pay for that ) there is some in the yard but its all rusty so I dont want it.
My mate wants the other 20T.
Came back for my trailer & went to pick up some scaffold, so put that up oooft it was so hot.
It was on top a container so was faffing about getting it down.
Then I had to move all my wood to the other side of the garage & take down the quick stage scaffold at the front
as I need to make room for the ballast & room for the tractor to get in. (to mix the cement) Which was blocked in.
Put all the interior stuff out the boat upstairs in the garage.
Had dinner.......salad wiv tuna n all sorts of coloured things keesh ect ect
Back down the yard & loaded my trailer with a set of metal stairs with a platform at the top & hand rails (used the jcb duck) trailer was a wee bit small lol Im going to weld them onto the scaffold so its easier that a ladder. I will be using them inside
to get upstairs when the roof is done. I might need to bring the machine up as they're heavier than I thought so it got dragged
out the trailer & left where it landed.
Now = rum n coke im pooped.
Karma, Karma, Karma Kaarma Ka me leon................. just for clarity. The orrible BIL had his benefits removed ages ago under Ian Drunken Smiths term as whatever it was.
He lost all his benefits (dole, Motability etc.) because they video'd him walking on a stick 300+ yds from the Motability car to the office where the assessment was carried out. Plonker was so arrogant after being on the cadge for 40 years he didn't bother with a wheelchair or cancel the meeting because he couldn't park outside their door. They set him up and he literally walked into their trap.
Made me feel tired just reading all that., and I feel desperately tired anyway. What a scorcher of a day............busy busy....

I changed the one in our kitchen when I redid it for a tall slimmer steely looking one! Reworking the plumbing to hide it in the wall was a pain, but had to do it otherwise the Merkin fridge wouldn't come out far enough from its hole!!!Something I need to do, but the misses better get a chemical mask as im not taking it off to do it.
Tis true but I think Covid always hits in the ENT and chest area and I don't have any of that.Covid is still a thing.
Copper coloured! Looking forward to seeing that!!!Yup got some.
Can't help thinking you need a second opinion on this one, Stan, just in case. Take care! Was barely up 5 hours yessdi, ate precisely 2 croissants all day. Went to bed, achey and feeling cold so slept in 2 T shirts with the leccy blanky on. Got up at 12 today had another 2 croissants am sitting here sweating in 2 T shirts and a fleece. It isn't hot only 18 degs in the house.
Cannot BA to do anything at all.
Might rouse myself enough to find a thermometer. This isn't like me at all. Fed up of it.
W much the same though she ate some fruit last night and came to bed a bit later.
Sun shining if I bother to look.
Have a nice day folks!
Had the same bug for a couple of weeks from the middle of May after a flight back from the Canaries. Lasted for about 2 weeks before easing off. Lots of chesty koffin, phlegm, needed lots of sleep, cold-like symptoms. 'Er indoors did a covid test on me (she has stuff like that), all clear. Seemed to ease off after a week, but back the next day with a vengeance. Was barely up 5 hours yessdi, ate precisely 2 croissants all day. Funnily, after someone on 'ere mentioned Covid, and after the thermometer said my temp was normal, I went and had a look at 3 boxes of Covid testing kits that we have. All were out of date but some not so much as others. The first one from the oldest batch simply didn't work at all, not enough liquid in the little phials, one from latest batch did work and implied I was negative for Covid.Had the same bug for a couple of weeks from the middle of May after a flight back from the Canaries.
