We haven't had any funder and I know that 'cos I have been up for most of the night - very sick and I have no idea why.
'It' seems to have settled down now so I am going to resume 'normal service' and walk the dogs before going shopping. It must have been something I ate but as there was nothing out of the ordinary -for me - I am just left wondering. I am very tired.

Wishing you all a happy day. :)
Sorry to hear this DD.:(
hope you gets betterer soon!;)

insurance renewal for the L322 just came thru.. up 60% to £939 🤬
tried directline for a quote, they declined to insure me
They are lending fewer and fewer umbrellas, when it ain't raining, than they used to.
You have to look on insurance as a bet. You place the bet and they take the risk, but the "house " won't take the money if they think there is the slightest chance they might have to pay out.
All Barstaff.:(:(:(

Bravecto tablets for dogs? Good info on veterinary drugs on the NOAH compendium:

It has this to say about the drug in collies:

“The veterinary medicinal product was well tolerated in Collies with a deficient multidrug-resistance-protein 1 (MDR1 -/-) following single oral administration at 3 times the recommended dose (168 mg/kg body weight). No treatment-related clinical signs were observed.”

The MDR mutation means certain drugs can get into the brain/spinal cord more easily. Normally there’s a barrier (blood-brain barrier).
In a well-controlled laboratory study, BRAVECTO was shown to be safe in collies known to be MDR-1 gene deficient. Collies with the defect were administered 3 times the deliverable dose and had no adverse events.10"
Looks as if the peeps making and /or selling it were telling the truth then!

Footman James wouldn't do mine even though they insured it with previous owner, they are saying they don't do special vehicles any more
And yet they still do Kit cars.
From their website:
"KIT CAR & REPLICA CAR INSURANCE
Footman James specialise in Kit Car and Replica Car insurance."

i was with them for years and they were always good for me.
Very strange.

Ah sorry - didn’t see all that. Just had a thing saying you’d rattled my cage.
How are you mate? Fine I hope!:):):)

I could do with you over here at the mo!;)

Not for your animal knowledge, more to do with your whizzo brains for electronix, and love of projects, seeing as how we have about 9 fancy room stats that have gone fubar :(.
Based on absolutely no knowledge whatsoever I suspect capacitors as each one has 3, at least, that I have found.
They all pack up the same way. Replacements are €60 each. and of course as they are 2 versions later they have LCD screens and all sorts of unnecessary bells and whistles.
God I hate tech!:(

Sorry to hear that you have been unwell. I hope it passes without further upset/discomfort. :)

In the summer we have to use the leccy booster to heat our water as its all run from the solid fuel back burner, down side
is the house will be like a sweat box if I lite the fire. Was wondering if that type of tap would be beneficial to us. No need
for it during the winter as the fire is always on.
But ..... are you going wash in the sink when you come ome from work stinking? Or do you have a leccy shower? In which case it could make sense.
