I'm over kitchen knives. Get a bunch of carbon opinels, moras, whatever. Cheap as chips an a doddle to keep scary sharp.

Bu66er. Just got back from a 36 mile round trip in the fender, 15 miles into the outward journey there was a loss of power at 60mph and the management light came on. Finished the outward leg and a couple of hours later did the return leg at 50+ mph no bother, light still on. Weather is a bit squit right now so having a look under the bonnet tomorrow, no obvious reason apparent from a quick look earlier. In a perverse sorta way I'm happy as I will get to use the nanocom which ain't seen much action since I bought it 3 years ago.
