The weekend starts here.
What about using some flat surfaced floor tiles assembled without grouting and with only minimal suitable adhesive on a piece of thick ply?????Eye wants a nooker table. Damp and misty 'ere but not, as yet, raining - that's on the cards for later. The weather is utter rubbish, well it is in Wiltshireshyre.
Slate gives a faster roll and is preferred over wood. Betterer orecusion. Problen is getting the slate joint level an filling/sanding. Means yer can't move it wivoit the joint appearing like a fault like. Eye dun't fink tiles are cut and cut flat to the same precision as propper nooker table slate. I'm happy with a wooden bed. Anything more is hassel and moving it would be a risk. Need to keep weight down as me top bit will be on wheels so it will roll forwards/backwards so eye can have a biggerer table in a room that can't take an 8 footer + nooker bats. What about using some flat surfaced floor tiles assembled without grouting and with only minimal suitable adhesive on a piece of thick ply?????
