It didn't rain yesterday so that was good. I have just about finished washing and drying all the wet dog towels and rugs as well as the floor mats although the carpet is still not thoroughly dried out. Today I am going to 'attack' all my own dirty linen as well as the bed linen from the van.Thank you I shall try, have you dried out yet?
Not too shabby
It's never too late. After securing the French doors yesterday burglars have gone in again through another window again last night. I now wish I had set up the trail camera
Aha!Apparently the Blue cupboard is where you keep the good China. To have a crap in the Blue cupboard means you have have messed up reeeaaal bad!
Tick!LXIX

Once the washing tasks have been completed it will be time to start on cleaning the van and the waste tanks which always need a thorough clean 'cos the sensors get 'gummed up' with all the 'bits' that get in there from the washing up.
Having a MoHo that you use often is like having two homes to look after.

None with the MH but to cope with the very large garden at home I employ a gardener - very decadent .... but, for me, essential.Good for you and I hope it all goes well.
Can sympathise with you about your mobile "fosse septique"! We have learned, only very recently mind, that it is worth getting as much grease off plates and pans as possible before sticking them in the dishwasher. You may or may not have a DW in your MH. All luxury as it is! But papertowels etc can help to get them clean of bits and stuff to save them going down the plughole!
(Our septic tank doesn't have a grease trap, and the dishwasher is getting old and seems to object as well, although it would help if the heating element worked and we could do more than just feed it from a hot water connection.)
Get the two homes thing! But at least you don't have 6000 square meters of land to look after as well!!
(Not complaining just joking!!)
Noravvin cobbles? Eye fort block paving was still popular these days. The chaps that are doing the back garden finished clearing it today. They are building a ramp so I can get the chair outside.
All going to be done in Indian flagstones and decorative pebbles. No maintenance, lovely!!
We're at the point now of buying a small tractor, in fact at this very mo our middle dottir and son in law the two horticulturist arboricultur/greenkeepers are on a zoom call and they are going to look out for a secondhand one for us as he knows what he's looking at.None with the MH but to cope with the very large garden at home I employ a gardener - very decadent .... but, for me, essential.

what's a render ?
They knocked the door and said his roof was falling oft. Said they had caught it in time so can purrit back for him.Did you not take active references and complete full financial due diligence on them/the company before contract engagement? If not, eeek!
Golden life rule. Do not let anyone into your home/onto your property to complete any form of works unless the above is checked. And they must have suitable liability insurance that you must satisfy is active and fit for purpose. If not, don't employ them.

Oh dear just seen the jokes on the joke thread about owning old tractors! We're at the point now of buying a small tractor, in fact at this very mo our middle dottir and son in law the two horticulturist arboricultur/greenkeepers are on a zoom call and they are going to look out for a secondhand one for us as he knows what he's looking at.
Somewhat similar to Kev's neighbour, some vandals drove a vehicle over a gate and on to the 36 hole championship golf course he manages the greens on and drove all over the greens etc, damaging them severely. So he and his staff are going in to repair them quickly so golf can continue.
Not as bad as being burgled, but just the same evil mentality.
PS we are now emplying a gardener a bit here in the UK. for a much smaller piece of land. So decadence must be catching. Only a very small bit though and prolly only until stuff stops growing. He did a great job while we were away and is sooo much less of a rip off merchant than others we have had. Perfectly happy to just do an hour ever fortnight for £20. We don't want to lose him!
Does he breathe unaidedApparently the roads are still blocked around and about due to the weather and West Coast Motors who run the buses put out a message that they will review services at 12pm. Obviously some of @Bobsticle ’s bus W’s are up this way
